Delivery Rates & Returns


All goods/orders is sent via Courier, All orders will be processed as soon as possible when received, delivery time as follows

  • England, Scotland and Wales 1-2 working days.
  • Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland 3-5 days.

Orders may not arrive all together and my come with different courier companies.

Shipping on All orders over £75 are Free.


Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your Buy Interiors Online product and wish to return it you may do so at your cost. You have up until the end of fourteen (14) days after receipt of your order delivery to inform us if you wish to return your order and we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is in fully resalable condition, undamaged and in the original packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.

10% will be deducted on returned items as a restocking charge.

For details on returning an order please contact us by email at Please state your sales invoice number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the product and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product. You will be issued with a Product Returns information together with a Returns Reference Number.

Any goods purposely refused at point of delivery will have a charge of £10 for the overall original shipment cost applied along with £17 per item that we are charged as a return to sender charge.

The liability of Buy interiors online will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.

Returns Due to Defect or Damage

All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However please check all products on receipt for colour, design, quality or imperfections. It is essential that such checks are carried out before use of products, as no claims will be accepted after use. No refunds will be issued for any labour spent or incurred.

Goods must be inspected and checked before use. No claims can be entertained or exchanges made if the material has been used. If the goods are received damaged, then they should be signed for as such on the delivery note and we must be advised in writing to within 1 working day. Damages reported after this may not be replaced.

Terms and condition for individual wallpapers including hanging instructions will be located on the back of the label. Any faults found the decorator must stop immediately and report the fault.  Decorator charges will not be covered.

Returns due as a result of the product having been received in a damaged or defective condition will require us to examine the products prior to agreeing to refund any monies. We will do so within a reasonable time period usually 14 days and will inform you of our decision.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.

All authorised refunds will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and by the method used to pay the goods.

*None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to order products unless they are faulty. Almost all of the colours we offer are made to the requirements made in your order.

Delivery charges

Buy interiors online will refund your original delivery charge only when a product is incorrect, damaged or faulty. We do not charge for returns of faulty or damaged products but we do charge for delivery and return of unwanted purchases.*


In the event that goods received by you are either faulty or damaged, you should contact us within 24hr from the time on which you have accepted delivery of the goods. You have the right, in the event of the goods being either faulty or damaged, to have the goods returned to us provided that you have notified us of the defect or damage within a reasonable period of time after delivery and provided that the damage or defect has not happened following the date of delivery to you.

Order Change or Cancellation

For products that have already been delivered or returns for any other reason i.e. products are defective, please follow our returns procedure.

Customers must arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Buy interiors online and we will refund the monies as soon as possible within at least 14 working days.

Orders that are mixed to your requirements are not available to be changed or cancelled once the item has been made or dispatched.

Cancellation of made-to-order products

Once an item has been made to fulfil your order, we cannot refund or exchanged the order.
